Amazing... looked around online for a while and found a seat I was after but the only place I could get it was here and so happy they had it in stock, still a bit apprehensive if it was what I wanted but the lovely lady working there ran me through it with my bub and hubby and sold me on it straight away, even got a new stroller after a bit of a chat, the guys here are great and really know alot. would recommend for anyone and if it's not the closest drive for you it's very much worth the trip.

We have worked with Baby Zone for many, many years! A very well run baby store where the staff know absolutely everything about every product they sell. A must-visit for new parents overwhelmed with pram, cot or other baby gear essentials! We also love how they display our award-winning OiOi baby bags and accessories.

Expert advice and information.I would like to say a big, massive thank you to Baby Zone Midland.I had the extreme pleasure of being served by a customer service member who deeply knew the products and items.As a first time parent; who is still in a bit of denial about my short term future, both my partner and I have NO idea about babies and anything else.We openly admitted this when she asked us if we required help.I embarrassingly didn't get her name, but I'm sure she knows or will know it is of her, whom I am referring to.I can not express how appreciative my partner and I am that she took the time to run us through essential infant and baby items. She truly cares about the products and the people whose lives she can change with each product.Words do not do justice to this level or customer service and compassion.She is truly a credit to this business and the industry itself!!We weren't on the market to purchase anything today... just a look and get overwhelmed, but out of sheer respect for her service we made the effort to make a purchase because we genuinely appreciated her service and knowledge.I highly, highly recommend this shop!!!

Fantastic customer service, prompt replies and speedy delivery.I ordered a stroller that was on pre order and hadn’t arrived at the establishment as yet. Emailed the lovely owner Alicia in regards to when the item would be available as I was wanting it for a holiday that was in the next 2 weeks. Was told that the item had arrived in Australia and that it would be delivered before I went away. The item was delivered within one week of ordering and once dispatched was delivered overnight. Very impressed with the entire experience and will definitely shop with them in the future.

Went there from pram a liner they have some really good quality ones. Ended up buying 2 one for my newborn and one to replace my 2 year olds. They have lots of nice stuff. Service was great, plenty of advice from smiling faces. Even when my 2 year old threw a tantrum.

Popped through this afternoon chasing a car seat and the staff were more than happy to spend some time to explain the differences and how they work to ensure what we got is what we wanted. Ended up grabbing a pram as well as we wernt happy with our current pram and once again got the run through so now we are prepared for more kids hopefully on the way soon.Amazing store and great staff highly recommend and I'm sure I'll be back to grab some outfits and toys when next in the area
